Clean hotel in a nice building really close to good restaurants, both the Lake, and the train station and old quarter. Professional staff, brand-new, air conditioned rooms in good condition. Central location in the centre of Hanoi.

The staff here are incredibly nice, the room is big and has a balcony and TV, and located in a great spot not far from Ripley's Believe it or Not.

The room was big and cozy. Everything was very clean. The staff was helpful and nice and they speak very good English. The quality if the tours is good.
The breakfast was poor in my opinion and had practically no vegetarian options. Although they offer good quality tours and give you good information you can find some cheaper options in other places.

Thank you for a great stay. Pleasant hotel, it offers good services and excellent location very close to Sapa and Halong bay and the train station and old quarter. All the staff members are very good and kind.

Ask for Tam. Herself and the staff are greatly helpful and kind. Tam was able to assist us get a scooter for 7 USD/day and an excellent trip to Halong Bay 119USD/pax - we took Galaxy Cruise, worth the price. The room is equipped with a computer with wifi access. The hotel is located in a small but quiet street at night (good for you to sleep) and busy during the day (so you can enjoy seeing what people are doing). The breakfast menu is small but very nice pancake. We would go there back again. The quality is much better to a hotel with similar price and location - we did try another one, dissapointing

The staff were genuinely helpful all the time. the location was central, handy, really close to everything. - It was right by the central train station, Hoan Kiem Lake, a happening place, plus a buffet breakfast a central place near Bui Bien.

Our stay at Hanoi Grand Hotel in July 2011 was the most enjoyable. Ms Lucy and her staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked our Halong bay cruise through the hotel . We went on 3 days 2 nights tour on Galaxy cruise. The boat was newly decorated and highly recommend this option. We went on Cat Ba island as well for 1 night. Our tour guided, lucky was the best guide; very organised and on time with everything. What we like especially about Hanoi Grand Hotel was the extra little thing that means a lot when you are travelling, like free pick up from bus station and tea, coffee all day, internet and nice breakfast. Overall, a well- managed hotel with staff who take care of all your needs.

Our stay at Hanoi Grand was enjoyable and everything was perfect. For small budget, we can say that we had good quality for value. Air-con, Flat tv, fridge, free internet in room and free breakfast......What can you ask more for ? Hotel personal was really kind and helpful and location of the hotel is good.
